For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash. Our office does not accept personal checks. We also partner with Colorado Care Credit and Lending Club to assist our patients in financing necessary treatments. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, with every effort made to keep our fees lower than the average in the Front Range area, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage or benefit policy.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within six to eight weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
We will do everything possible to work with you on payment for treatment, we want you to be able to get the treatment you need in a manner that is convenient for you.
