Telehealth/Virtual Consultation
We now offer Telehealth/Virtual Consultation services.
- Northwest OMS offers the virtual consultation service free of charge
For a virtual consultation to be performed patients will need to:
- Fill out our online registration form and health history information prior to the consultation
- Have appropriate imaging emailed to our office from your Dentist prior to the consultation
- Provide identification to the Surgical Assistant at the time of the consultation to show you are the patient being treated.
Patients will get a Zoom link for the consultation from our front desk team via email after the appointment is scheduled.
Tips to improve your virtual consultation experience:
- Use strong Wi-Fi or an Ethernet cable
- Close unused programs or restart computer
- Update to the latest browser
- Zoom is cell phone friendly
